Sean
Olender graduated from the University of San Diego School of
Law where he graduated in the top third of his class.
He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of California
at Santa Barbara.
He
currently organizes Continuing Legal Education programs for
attorneys in the San Francisco Bay Area focusing on business
immigration issues. He has authored a published Continuing Legal
Education guide to E-2 Treaty Investor Visas and is currently
working on a Labor Certification guide for an upcoming panel
discussion on Labor Certification and Reduction-in-Recruitment
processing.
In
1996, he authored articles for the California Regulatory Law
Reporter, a publication that monitors and evaluates rulemaking
and the internal management of California's state agencies.
He has delivered business immigration seminars to Human Resources
professional associations and currently organizes continuing
legal education programs for business immigration attorneys
sponsored jointly by the San Francisco Bar Association and the
American Immigration Lawyers Association Northern California
Chapter.
He
is the Vice Chair of the San Francisco Barrister's Club Immigration
Committee.
